July 3, 2025 at 2:26 pmAfter months of not knowing what I was ever having done to my nails at various nail salons around town, I decided to try Bridget in hopes of finding my “forever nails person.”
I’m so grateful to have found her. From the first interaction, when she responded to my inquiry, she was thorough in her effort to find out what I wanted and recommended the appropriate service. She also reached out to be sure scheduling was comfortable for me, and followed up the morning of my appointment with directions to the salon. (Road construction could have made that tricky.)
She removed the old gel polish very gently…no “popping” it off (ouch!) and no soaking my fingertips in nasty chemicals. She worked quickly, yet I never felt rushed to make a decision about shape or color, and she gently guided me when I asked for advice.
Bridget also explained every step of the process (even though I didn’t ask,) and it was reassuring to know she was being very mindful of hygiene. The conversation was perfect, with her sharing her incredible story and seeming sincerely interested in mine. I felt like I’d known her for a long time!
I still don’t know how she did all of that in the same amount of time as the “little shops around town,” and at a comparable price, but it was hands-down the best nail experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend! 😉
