I had been looking for a new manicurist sine my former moved to Ellicott City. The journey for a new one has been long! Jenny provided excellent service and the ambiance is wonderful! No loud offensive music; relaxing atmosphere without a lot of loud talking among the technicians, they are paying attention to their customers! I highly recommend Star Nails!
Went through the wash today. Purchased the $11 wash. Some of the treatments did not happen and the air dryer did not work. Spent a while looking for a phone number to call which there is none. Will probably look to go somewhere else unless the owner posts a number you can call as this in not the 1st time it has not worked properly. Was lucky last time as maintenance person was there.
Jennifer has 15 plus years of experience and it shows it in the service. Steady hand, no ripples, just perfection. I travel throughout the USA for work and it’s hard to find good nail services.
