This is the FIRST time I’m sharing a bad experience with this place. I’ve been coming here for years, maybe not so much after the renovation. But today was just terrible. I brought myself and my little sister to get an under chin wax, first of all the lady is talking to us from across the room. Quiet room, screaming “you want a wax” ma’am what if I wanted a Brazilian wax, that’s not something I’d want everyone in thr room to know. She obliviously repeats it to the point I stopped responding. The lady that did mine and my sister was gentle and nice. But the part that got me was the amount I had to pay. She spent less that 2mins on my and we both had to pay $36 basically $18 per person which I’ve NEVER had to pay before and she did not even go all the way, it was rushed and unpleasant and I had residue on my face. Anyways, it’s all good. I feel like yall should do better even if you’re in the middle of a rush, everyone that patronizes your establishment pays to be there no matter how little. Okay bye!
This is one of the best nail salons in Annapolis-if not the best. Clients get their money's worth and then some. Nail specialists work quickly, efficiently and flawlessly. Trust me, you will be glad you found this salon so closeby in Eastport. This is not a duplicate!
The Customer Service is TRASH & they discriminate with African Americans. Nomi & Helen. The Nail Work was Great Though. The quality of care they LACKED To The Max

I need contact information of owner. I used the vacuum yesterday 5/19/2026 which was supposed to be $2 but my card was charged $10 and still pending.
